You are interested in a deeper, more sacred, more embodied experience of this magical time when the veil is thin, and our ancestors call to us across the generations.
We were always meant to meet together in sacred space at these potent times. Our bodies love to be honoured and attended to as sacred ground.
Rituals help us to make meaning of what can feel like a brutal and beautiful life. At the autumn moves into deep winter, we count our losses, and our blessings too. We have all lost loved ones.
Where do we go to be held in the fullest expression of our grief? And what kind of relationship can we expect to maintain with our beloved dead, when our culture tells us that dead and buried means gone forever?
Let’s reimagine the magical festival of Halloween, of Samhain, by returning to the old ways: boundaried sacred space, deep embodied presence, and delicious blend of somatic medicines: breath, touch, movement and sound.
Magic is possible when we come together with a shared intention: to do our self-healing practices in sacred space.
Magic is the natural result of shifting our consciousness from everyday, ordinary living and move into ritual space, where symbolic acts take on deeper meaning, and presence becomes power, fuel for transformation.
Magic is the spark of life that ignites within us when we play together in sacred space.
We step outside our roles and routines, leave our baggage at the door, and focus on breathing, feeling, moving, flowing….
We let ourselves be drawn effortlessly into the magical realms where breath, blood and bone vibrate with the energy of 1000 generations of wise women ancestors.
Magic is about less thinking, more flowing.
Less doing, more being.
Less forcing, more allowing.
This is sacred feminine magic reclaimed for us modern women, who grew up with an old male God in the sky, and Eve the sinner who betrayed all of mankind.
