The location
Witchy mystical Altafulla on the historic Costa Daurada of Catalunya, Spain.
A Mediterranean seaside village surrounded by pine forest, topped by a golden castle nestled within a mysterious old town, flanked by intimate sea coves and caves, here nature, beauty and history embrace you from all directions

A typical day:
• herbs and hydration on waking
• morning beach walk to set our intentions and explore today’s guiding principles and questions
• guided somatic practices of breath, touch, movement, sound, holy oils and ceremony, designed to address your specific challenges and desires
• homemade nourishing brunch and herbal infusions
• guided somatic journey to integrate the learnings of today, receive ceremonial anointing and bodywork
• afternoons of leisure, napping, swimming, having a massage, relaxing
• evening dinner at a local restaurant with intuitive tarot reading of what your body is communicating
